Do you ship internationally?

At present, we ship only within India. International shipping options are currently under consideration. If you are willing to bear the additional charges, we will coordinate with our delivery partners. Please email us for further inquiries.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible only if you contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be feasible.

My package says delivered but I don’t have it?

Please check with your neighbors, building security, or reception first. If the package is still not located, contact us with your order details and we will assist you further.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are subject to the status of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will let you know if cancellation is still possible.

Why isn’t my tracking link updating?

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to reflect. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update. If there is no movement for an extended period, feel free to contact us.
