Returns & Refunds
Sorry guys — we don’t do returns or refunds unless your product arrives damaged. Everything’s made to order, so once it’s out in the world, it’s yours.

If your order does show up damaged, oops. Please email us at rsa.merchhh@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out asap.

Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order’s confirmed it means no cancellations, no “i changed my mind,” no size swaps - sorrrry once it’s in the queue, it’s already with couriers, printers, spreadsheets and one very tired intern — changing anything breaks the system (and them).

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order & save our delivery partners some sanity. If you mess it up, tell us asap — early is great, late is still better than never. After 3 failed delivery attempts, it heads back to the origin (BTO) and nobody wants that (especially us). 

Lost or missing packages
fuckkk sorry there are like fifty moving parts and one of them always decides to do jazz. If your tracking shows delivered but your order’s gone MIA, drop us an email. We’ll raise an investigation and figure it out with our delivery partner.

Wrong size / changed your mind
We get it but we can’t offer exchanges or refunds unless we made a mistake on our end. Consider it a valuable life lesson — commitment.
