All orders placed through RSA are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not signify acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has entered production or dispatch.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency specified and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. Order Modification and Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order before it enters production by contacting us at rsa.merchhh@gmail.com.
Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
RSA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RSA is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided during checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rsa.merchhh@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the RSA website — including product designs, artwork, text, images, and logos — is the intellectual property of RSA – Relationship Advice Store and its collaborators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
RSA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
