Shipping Charges
We charge a flat ₹100 per kg for pan India shipping. We don’t know who approved this, but it’s too late to change it now.

Tracking Your Order
“Where’s my order?” — probably on its way. You’ll get a tracking link once it ships, so you can refresh it 47 times a day.

Express Shipping Requests
Can we do express shipping because it’s your best friend’s birthday and they love the show and you just neeeed to get them a T-shirt???
No. But happy birthday to them.

Timelines
We strive (keyword: strive) to ship your order within 5–7 days of confirmation. Sometimes life — and logistics — happen. Delays can occur because of courier issues, weather, or the universe testing your patience. Please email us if it's taking longer than expected.

Address Accuracy
Please please pleaaaase guysss double-check your address before ordering. We are not responsible for parcels sent to wrong addresses provided by customers. sorrry friends but if your package ends up at your ex’s house again, that one’s on you. (this specific policy was typed by the intern who just reprinted 400 labels because someone wrote “near the blue gate” instead of a pin code. pls. stop. have mercyy)

FAQs

1. “Do you ship internationally?”

Not yet. We’re still trying to figure out how to ship emotional damage across borders. But  if you’re dying for it, if you’re asking for it and are willing to pay the additional shipping charge - email us and we will talk to our team to figure it out

2. “Can I change my address after placing an order?”

Only if you email us immediately (rsa.merchhh@gmail.com) otherwise your T-shirt is already halfway to your old landlord.

3. “My package says delivered but I don’t have it?”

Check with your neighbor, your gatekeeper, or that one cousin who always “borrows” things. If it’s still missing, we’re sorry :( Email us rsa.merchhh@gmail.com (pls be nice)

4. “Can I cancel my order?”
